looking for some recording engineers

While having your attention after the recent release maybe one or another recording geek chimes in here. If so and if you are interested in, please drop me a note (with your email address) concerning a future development. Please, no bedroom producers in this case …

  1. Count me in.

  2. check my site. don’t know if you consider this a bedroom production or not… let me know if i can help.

  8. Bill McDonald says:

working on my website,I’ve been involved with Music most of my life, I’ve been in an online course for 1 1/2 yrs with AUDIO MASTERCLASS, and I also study on my own. becomming a Recording Engineer is so important to me, its my life. the name of my studio is (Sunrise Select Sound) my logo is, Let The Sun Rise On Your Music career with a Demo at , Sunrse Select Sound. any help you could give would be so appreciated, thanks so Much

  9. mastered Nicki Minaj in my bedroom, so you’re probably not interested. i’ll send pics of my platinum next to my bed when it comes in the mail. cheers.

    • great, lets meet at the grammy show!

      • Check your history, hip-hop isn’t the kind of stuff that gets mastering nominations. I am also working closely with Leif of Linear Acoustic that created the audio processing running on 80 percent-ish of all digital TV, and most live events like Olympics, World Cup, Super Bowl, and… the Grammys. I doubt I could get a ticket out of a tech support offering since the processing & upmixers are already such a common place now. But I could try I guess.

Anyways, somehow I think you don’t believe me. πŸ™‚ I’m not surprised considering your 1st post.

        • JesseG, I honestly believe you, seriously!

          • OK then, my bad. πŸ™‚ You understand how some people don’t think good things can happen.

Is it easy to get into the show, or have you done something special this year? Congrats, if you were invited. Mastering is one of the least thankless jobs in music these days, so I’ve learned to expect nothing and enjoy it when someone like Onika personally seeks me out for my work. Cheers. =)

  10. I got a diploma in audio engineering, but as I currently work in a call centre… Not really got professional experience.

  11. Chebon Littlefield says:

    All The Best,
    Jay Key

  13. don’t let the success get to your brain pal. you should rememder where you come from. really love your work… but hey!

  14. =S Why do you think you are not one of the bedroom producers … ?

  15. Hi,

Anyway, check the studio, i work mostly on alternative/indie music and do some electronic one.

  16. I’ve got a sound engineering diploma from SAE(though so does everyone and his mom these days)
17 years work experience as a studio and live event engineer. First five years(hell) doing live sound in a box disguised as a night club/bar in brixton london.
Having to make thugs(who believe they have the voice of a nightingale) sound nice on the open mic so that they won’t be waiting for me after the show. Dangerous work but it helped me improve my sound greatly.
I’ve recently moved to Italy and my current studio is basically my PC Setup and 2 pairs of monitors in a acoustically treated room plus Mics,Cans and other useful stuff.Trained ears and good monitors are really all you need these days. Everything else can be done in the box with software.
Will be glad to help if I can
